Warranty & Returns
Please contact us if you have any issues with your Vornado product before returning it to the store, if purchased from a retailer.  You may contact us at consumerservice@vornado.com or call 1-800-234-0604. 
If a Vornado product is purchased directly from Vornado (www.vornado.com or 1-800-234-0604) and returned to Vornado within 30 days of the purchase, Vornado will refund the purchase price of the product minus the cost of shipping. To return a product to Vornado, please call Vornado Consumer Services at 1-800-234-0604.

Warranty Instructions:
Please call 1-800-234-0604 or e-mail consumerservice@vornado.com to receive your repair authorization number.  Please be ready to give the Model and Serial Number along with your contact information. 
If your unit  is covered by a warranty, there is no charge for parts & labor on the Warranty Services.  Your unit will be repaired or replaced and returned to you within 1-2 weeks after we receive the product at our factory.

NON-Warranty:
If your product is no longer under warranty we still do service many items outside the warranty period. If it is outside the warranty period, there is a charge for the parts and labor and return shipping and handling,  which we would let you know the exact amount before we do any servicing to the unit. Please contact consumerservice@vornado.com for information.
 
Note: Vornado is the only authorized repair service for Vornado products.
