I bought a Vornado back in the summer of 1997. This fan has been running almost constantly for the last 10 years. I have never had any fan last as long. I am impressed with the quality and workmanship and will gladly purchase another one (if this one ever wears out)!

I purchased a Vornado shop fan this past summer to use in my classroom. Our air conditioner was not working properly and the students were melting in the Alabama heat. This makes an awesome shop fan. By loosening a friction knob, you can rotate the fan to point it wherever you like, and the handle is quite sturdy. Best of all: the front is easily removable so you can clean the inside of the fan. It's been our experience that if you can't clean it, there is no place for it in the shop. Though our shop is usually quite clean, it is no accident.
