How it works: You select a plan and we send the replacement filters at the recommended maintenance interval.  Credit cards are the only accepted payment.  By subscribing to Vornado's Automatic Filter Refill Plan, you have authorized Vornado to bill your credit card each time the filter refill order is shipped.  The program will continue until you cancel.  Vornado is only able to process orders that are to be shipped within the U.S.
