Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the returns process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re not satisfied with your Vornado product, let us know. We’ll make it right. We proudly stand behind our products with a 5 or 3 Year Satisfaction Guarantee to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Vornado will replace the product at no cost.
1. Contact Us
To initiate a warranty claim, click the button below and fill out the Self Service form. You can also contact us via phone, chat or email.
2. Prepare Shipment
After a Return Authorization (RA) is issued, you will receive a FedEx prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and affix to the return shipment.
3. Ship Package
When your package is ready to ship, simply drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick via FedEx.com.
