Please contact us if you have any issues with your Vornado product before returning it to the store, if purchased from a retailer.  You may contact us at consumerservice@vornado.com or call 1-800-234-0604. 

Warranty Instructions:
Please call 1-800-234-0604 or e-mail consumerservice@vornado.com to receive your repair authorization number.  Please be ready to give the Model and Serial Number along with your contact information. 

If your unit  is covered by a warranty, there is no charge for parts & labor on the Warranty Services, we ask that the unit be placed in a box and sent in with a check or money order for $20.00 for return shipping & handling. (See your owner’s guide). Your unit will be repaired or replaced and returned to you within 1-2 weeks after we receive the product at our factory.

NON-Warranty:
If your product is no longer under warranty we still do service many items outside the warranty period.  If it is outside the warranty period, there is a charge for the parts and labor and return shipping and handling,  which we would let you know the exact amount before we do any servicing to the unit. Note: Vornado is the only authorized repair service for Vornado products.
