As always the safety of our customers is our absolute priority.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission, Vornado is voluntarily recalling the VH101 Personal Vortex Heater sold between 2009 and 2018 because it can overheat when in use, posing fire and burn hazards. All VH101 Personal Vortex Heaters in all colors are recalled: coral orange, grayed jade, cinnamon, fig, red, ice white and black.

You can find the model and production date code on the silver label on the bottom of the unit.

If you own any VH101 Personal Vortex Heater, discontinue usage immediately and call the phone number below to register for the recall and obtain your $30 USD refund.
