Safety Recall

As always, the safety of our customers is our absolute priority.

We’re voluntarily recalling Vornado VH110 heaters produced in 2013 and sold from June 2013 to May 2014 due to a safety issue. Vornado has received 29 reports of units overheating and melting, including seven reports of heaters catching fire, resulting in one report of smoke inhalation and one report of property damage caused by soot and smoke.

You can find the model and production date code on the silver label on the bottom of the unit.

If you own a recalled VH110 Whole Room Heater, discontinue usage immediately and call the phone number below to register for the recall and receive your replacement unit.
