Subscription Help

We hope that this guide will help you through our new subscription service and all of the changes accompanying it. If for any reason this guide is not clear or you have questions not available in the guide, please Contact Us so that we may personally help you.

Choose your order frequency.

We no longer offer options to select specifics months for your subscriptions. Instead, at order creation you'll have 3 different order intervals to choose from. Your first order will ship immediately, and subsequent orders will ship on following first of the month after your subscription interval.

Manage your subscription.

Within your subscription management screen, located within your customer profile, you'll have 3 main pages to see the status of or change your upcoming renewal , see the schedule of upcoming renewal orders, and history of previous renewal orders.

Upcoming Subscription.

Within the Upcoming tab, you are able to make edits to your next subscription renewal (this will also update future renewals if item changes are made). On the left side of the screen, you can edit the quantity of your items, swap them for something else, or add another subscription product. On the right side, you'll also see that you have access to change your renewal frequency, shipping address, or have an email sent that contains a link to update your billing information.

Upcoming Subscription Continued.

Along with being able to edit the products and information on your subscription, you'll have access to frequency controls. You can order next months order early with "Order Now" or skip next months with "Skip Order". If you'd like to stop orders temporarily, you may "Pause Subscription" for an extended period. When you choose to resume, it'll pick back up on the following month. You have access to "Cancel Subscription" any time, but canceled subscriptions cannot be reinstated and will instead need to be created again.

Subscription Schedule.

From the Schedules tab youll be able to see the next 6 subscriptions renewal dates. From this screen you can skip orders which will remove that order from the schedule entirely. Skipped orders can be added back to the schedule from the History tab.

Subscription History.

From the History tab see any skipped orders and be given the option to unskip them. In addition to skipped orders you'll be able to see your previous orders and see their order details like what was shipped and where.
