PERMANENTLY DISABLE YOUR PRODUCT

Disabling your product is mandatory to receive your recall remedy. It allows us to verify that the product cannot be accidentally used or resold, and allows us to process your remedy as quickly as possible

Confirm that the unit is unplugged.
Carefully cut the cord about 2 inches from where it enters the product.
Retain the cut cord and product for use in the remedy process, detailed below.

We will use a photo to verify your heater has been disabled. Confirm the cut cord and serial number are both clearly visible in the photo you are about to take.
